SEP African Ventures announces the appointment of its representative Dave Mahoney to the board of Madagascar Oil Limited

SEP African Ventures Limited (“SEPAV”) today announced the appointment of its representative Mr David Mahoney to the board of AIM listed Madagascar Oil Limited.
The appointment is in accordance with SEPAV’s right to appoint a director. The move will propel the company towards a declaration of commerciality in its Tsimiroro project, paving the way for full field development of that block.
