Blake Oil and Gas Limited announces the acquisition of SEP African Ventures
The Directors of Blake Oil and Gas Limited are happy to announce the completion of their acquisition of a new subsidiary, SEP African Ventures (formerly Persistency Private Equity Limited), an African focussed E&P holding company. SEPAV’s portfolio currently includes a 20% stake in Madagascar Oil Limited. Major assets of Madagascar Oil Limited include the Tsimiroro heavy oil field in Madagascar, and a 1% holding in SouthWest Energy Limited, a company holding extensive exploration acreage in Ethiopia.
